Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Vollo Ventures LLC, the company behind Approvable ("Approvable," "we," "us"). By using Approvable, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding contract where you live; if you use Approvable for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Approvable is a pre-submission review tool for iOS apps. It runs Apple App Review–style checks in your browser and offers optional AI help to fix what it finds.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Provide a valid email so we can reach you about your account and purchases.

• Every deterministic check is free. Credits are only ever spent on AI features (one-click fixes, the assistant, rejection help).
• Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Credits don't expire and there's no subscription.

Because an AI response is generated the moment you spend a credit, used credits are generally non-refundable. If you're unhappy with an unused credit pack, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll consider a refund at our discretion. If a charge was clearly erroneous or the service failed to work, we'll make it right.

You keep all rights to the app metadata, code, and other materials you review ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. Approvable itself — the software, the checks, and the brand — belongs to us and our licensors; we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it.

Don't use Approvable unlawfully, and don't abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the credit system or security of the service.

A clean Approvable report improves your odds, but it does not guarantee App Store approval. App Review includes human judgment we can't predict. Approvable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Apple Inc.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or US $100.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

You can stop using Approvable and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; unused credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by emailing us. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here, and continued use means you accept them. These Terms are the entire agreement between us; if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies; and our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not.
